We started HomeAnalytics after more than 20 years of combined experience building data systems for the real estate and mortgage industries. Through that work, we saw the same pattern repeat: every team consuming property data rebuilds the same merge logic, deduplication, and conflict resolution on top of the same fragmented vendor feeds. The contracts are hard. The pipelines are harder. The result: the same wheel, reinvented in every company.
